Standard diameters

These kinds of precision balls are quite expensive compared to metal or plastic balls due to raw material cost. Hard balls can commonly be found in small diameters but we are able to offer the same diameters as metal balls or smaller ones. Do not hesitate to contact us.

Tolerances

The high hardness of these balls enables us to obtain high precision: grade 10 or 24 according to the following standard:

– DIN 5401 standard (the German standardization system)
– ANSI/ABMA standard (the American standardization system)
– ISO 3290 standard (the European standardization system)

No matter what standard is used, the essential control points are the same because all standards have equivalences.
